Everything You Need to Know About Our Loyalty Program

1. How does the loyalty programme work?

Each time you use our laundry services, before your laundry starts, just tell your name to the staff at the counter. After every visit, we’ll mark it in our log. Once you’ve reached 5 visits, you’ll receive a 20% discount on your 6th visit.

2. Do I need a membership card or an app to join?

No card or app is needed! We keep things simple — your name and a unique code will be your customer ID. When you first join the programme, our staff will give you a personal code. Please remember this code, as our staff may ask for it to make sure your visits are recorded correctly and not under someone else’s name.

3. How do I make sure my visit is counted?

Just mention your name clearly to the staff each time you use our service. We’ll record the visit right away.

4. Can I combine visits from different family members under one name?

At the moment, this option is not available. Each person needs to have their own name and code in the programme.

5. What services are included in the loyalty programme?

All our full-self service laundry options are included (wash, dry).

6. Do I have to use the service within a specific time to keep my visits valid?

No — there’s no expiry. Whether you come weekly or once in a while, your visits will stay recorded.

7. Is the discount applied automatically?

No, once you’ve completed your 6th service, just remind our staff after your payment, and they’ll apply the 20% discount for that visit.

8. Can I transfer my discount to someone else?

No, discounts are non-transferable and only apply to the name under which the visits were recorded.

9. What if I forget to give my name — can the visit still count?

Please try to give your name each time. If you forget and the visit is not recorded, unfortunately, we cannot add it later.

10. Does the loyalty discount apply to ironing, alterations, or other extra services?

Not at this time. The discount only applies to full self-service laundry (wash, dry).

11. Is there a limit to how many times I can get the discount?

There is no limit! You can continue earning a 20% discount for every 6th visit, as long as you keep using our services.

12. Why are you offering this programme now?

We’ve proudly served this community for over 20 years — since 2004! This loyalty programme is our way of thanking you for your continued trust and support.

13. What happens if someone else opens my account by mistake (e.g. same first name)?

To avoid mix-ups, we may ask for your surname or phone number if names are duplicated. Just let our staff know and we’ll make sure the right name is used.
